Agreement to the terms: Use of the website, its content, and the services offered on it is subject to the terms detailed in these regulations; browsing the website and/or making a purchase through it constitutes full agreement by the user to the terms of these regulations.
Updating the terms: Gallery 74 reserves the right to update the terms of these regulations from time to time, without prior notice.
2. About Gallery 74
Gallery 74 is a prestigious gallery specializing in authentic vintage jewelry, diamond jewelry, gemstones, watches, antiques, and rare art pieces from around the world.
The gallery was founded in 1978 by Pinchas Ben Mordechai, and today Moti Ben Mordechai continues his legacy together with him, while preserving a long-standing family tradition of professionalism, quality, and distinctive taste.
Gallery 74 is the largest and leading gallery in Israel in the field of vintage jewelry and antiques, and participates in the world’s leading jewelry and art exhibitions, including international shows in Miami, Las Vegas, Hong Kong, and other major cities.
3. Website Use Terms
Use of the website is for lawful purposes only.
No unlawful, harmful, or otherwise damaging action may be taken on the website or through it that could cause harm to Gallery 74, the website, or third parties.
Age restriction: Purchases on the website are permitted only to persons aged 18 and over.
4. Product Purchase Policy and Characteristics
Unique items: The website offers for sale second-hand jewelry, vintage jewelry, antiques, collectible items, and unique art pieces. Most items in the gallery are one of a kind (One of a kind), and therefore their availability is limited and may change at any time.
Signs of age and authenticity: Most items in the gallery include natural signs of age spanning decades and even centuries, natural wear, or characteristics corresponding to their age and unique nature. These signs are not considered a defect, but rather an integral part of the authenticity, history, and uniqueness of each item.
Gemstones: Natural gemstones may include natural internal characteristics, inclusions, and unique markings, which are not considered a defect but rather part of the stone’s authenticity.
Product presentation: Gallery 74 makes efforts to display accurate images and descriptions on the website as much as possible; however, slight differences may exist in color tones, shine, dimensions, or the item’s appearance between the screen display and the actual product.
5. Simultaneous Inventory and Prevention of Duplicate Purchase
As most items on the website are one of a kind, exceptional cases may occur in which an item is sold in the physical gallery at the same time it is purchased on the website, or two customers place an order for the same item simultaneously.
In such a case, the purchase is subject to final confirmation by the gallery team regarding actual stock availability.
If the item is no longer available, the order will be canceled, the customer will not be charged (or will be refunded in full immediately), and the customer shall have no claim, demand, or lawsuit for compensation beyond receiving the monetary refund.
6. Luxury Brands and Trademarks
The website may feature jewelry and items from international luxury brands.
All trademarks, brand names, and logos appearing on the website belong solely to their lawful owners. Gallery 74 does not act on their behalf and is not the official importer of the brands.
7. Prices and Payments
Currency and VAT: All prices on the website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Price updates: Gallery 74 reserves the right to update prices, promotions, and purchase terms at any time.
Order cancellation by the store: Gallery 74 may cancel an order in the event of an error in the product description, price, image, stock availability, or any other technical malfunction.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Gallery 74 offers free shipping throughout the country via courier to your home, except in special cases.
Delivery times: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping area, product availability, and shipping companies.
Shipping responsibility: Shipping responsibility lies with Gallery 74 until the item is delivered to the customer via the courier company.
9. Exchange, Return, and Customization Policy
At Gallery 74, we make every effort to provide our customers with a luxurious, safe, and pleasant shopping experience.
Product exchanges: A product may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, by prior arrangement and provided that the product is returned in exactly the same condition in which it was delivered, without defects or signs of use.
Refunds: Due to the nature of the products sold in the gallery — second-hand jewelry, vintage, antiques, and collectible items — refunds will not be possible after completion of the purchase, except in the specific cases stipulated by law.
Customization and resizing: An item that has undergone customization, resizing (such as enlarging or reducing a ring, bracelet, or necklace), engraving at the customer’s request, or any repair requested by the customer, will be considered an item made especially for the consumer; therefore, its exchange or cancellation of purchase will not be possible under any circumstances, except in cases provided by law.
10. Special Policy for Vintage and Second-Hand Watches
It is clarified that vintage watches and second-hand watches are sold in their current condition (As-Is), בהתאם to their age and nature, without any warranty.
The gallery does not guarantee the watches’ resistance to water or moisture, and original manufacturer markings on the watch (if any) should not be regarded as a guarantee of current water resistance.
The warranty on watches (if provided individually at the time of purchase) covers the proper functioning of the movement only, and does not include water damage, moisture, breakage, watch crystal, strap, or any damage caused by unreasonable use or use inconsistent with collectible watches.
11. Limitation of Liability
Gallery 74 is not responsible for damage caused by unreasonable use, natural wear and tear, improper handling, repair by a third party, or use that does not correspond to the nature of the item.
The gallery makes efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the website, but does not guarantee that the website will be free of errors, faults, or interruptions.
Gallery 74 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by use of the website or reliance on the information presented on it.
12. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the website, including texts, images, designs, logos, graphics, and videos, is the exclusive property of Gallery 74 and may not be used without prior written permission.
