Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Gallery 74, we make every effort to provide our customers with a luxurious, safe, and pleasant shopping experience.
Most items in the gallery are unique vintage pieces, antiques, and second-hand jewelry, and therefore each item is carefully selected and sold according to its condition and unique characteristics.
Product Exchange
A product may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, by prior arrangement, provided the product is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with no additional use, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Product Return
Due to the nature of the products sold in the gallery — second-hand jewelry, vintage items, antiques, and collectible items — a cash refund will not be possible after the completion of the purchase, except in cases provided for by law.
Unique Products
Most items in the gallery are one of a kind, with a unique character and sometimes natural signs of age spanning decades and even hundreds of years, consistent with the item’s age, history, and authenticity. These signs are not considered defects, but rather an integral part of the uniqueness and charm of each item.
Gallery 74 reserves the right to update this policy from time to time.
